Safe Site
The client must provide lawful and reasonably safe access to approved work areas and disclose known hazards, restricted areas, hazardous materials, energized equipment, confined spaces, fall exposures and required personal protective equipment.
Stop-Work Authority
Our personnel may stop or decline work when conditions appear unsafe, unauthorized or inconsistent with the agreed plan. Resulting schedule or mobilization impacts may require a change order.
Operational Coordination
The client must coordinate shutdowns, escorts, traffic control, access equipment, permits, utility locates, security clearances and occupant notifications unless the proposal assigns those tasks to us.
No Disturbance or Destructive Investigation
Scanning ordinarily documents visible, accessible conditions. We do not open assemblies, move hazardous materials or perform destructive testing unless specifically authorized and safely planned.
UAS and Specialized Equipment
Drone, elevated, roadway, rail, confined-space or controlled-facility work is subject to separate feasibility, authorization, qualified personnel, weather and regulatory requirements.
