Scope and Order of Precedence
Services are limited to the written scope, assumptions, exclusions, schedule and deliverables in the accepted proposal, statement of work or purchase order. A signed project agreement controls over these website terms.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project information, authorized site access, required escorts, safe working conditions, utility or hazard information, approvals, existing drawings and timely decisions. Delays or added work caused by incomplete information may require a change order.
Changes and Additional Services
Work outside the agreed scope—including added areas, repeat mobilization, inaccessible spaces, revised deliverable standards, accelerated schedules or additional coordination—may be performed only after written authorization and may affect price and schedule.
Schedule
Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Weather, access, site operations, travel interruptions, data volume, client changes, safety conditions and force-majeure events may affect performance.
Subcontractors and Partners
We may use qualified employees, independent contractors, specialty consultants, local field teams or licensed partners. We remain responsible for managing the contracted scope, subject to the governing agreement.
Professional and Licensed Services
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, deliverables are existing-condition documentation and digital project support—not a boundary survey, legal survey, engineering certification, architectural opinion, code compliance determination or guarantee of concealed conditions. Regulated services will be offered only where authorized and may be performed through appropriately licensed professionals.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend work for unsafe conditions, nonpayment, lack of access, unlawful instructions or material breach. Termination rights and payment for completed work are governed by the signed agreement.
