Custom Professional Services
Our work is custom, project-specific professional service. Payments for completed fieldwork, travel, mobilization, reserved crew time, third-party costs and completed production are generally nonrefundable.
Client Cancellation
Cancellation must be provided in writing. The client is responsible for work performed, committed labor, noncancelable expenses and reasonable demobilization costs through the effective cancellation date.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to crew availability. Short-notice changes may incur costs for reserved labor, travel, equipment, permits or third-party commitments. Weather and documented site emergencies will be evaluated reasonably.
Deposits
Deposits are applied to the project. Any refundable portion will be determined after subtracting earned fees and committed costs. The accepted proposal may state a different or project-specific deposit rule.
Refund Requests
Submit requests to info@csdesignassociates.com with the invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical and may take several business days to appear.
Company Cancellation
If we cancel before performing work and cannot reasonably reschedule, we will refund unearned amounts. This is the client’s exclusive website-policy remedy unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
