We serve clients throughout the United States, subject to project feasibility, crew availability, travel requirements, site conditions, insurance requirements and applicable law.
Mobilization and Travel
Quotes may include travel time, mileage, airfare, lodging, per diem, freight, equipment handling, permits, escorts and local labor. Added mobilizations caused by access or scope changes may be billed separately.
Licensing and Local Requirements
Reality capture and digital documentation requirements vary by jurisdiction and intended use. We do not represent that every service is regulated identically in every state. Where a service constitutes surveying, engineering, architecture or another licensed practice, it will be offered only through appropriately authorized professionals or partners.
Local Partners and Subcontractors
We may coordinate qualified local personnel or specialty firms to improve coverage, scheduling and compliance. Their role, responsibility and insurance requirements will be addressed in the project agreement.
Permits, Union and Site Rules
The client should disclose permit, badging, union, security, prevailing-wage, background-check, training, export-control and facility-specific requirements before pricing and mobilization.
Governing Contract
Because laws differ by location, each project should use a written agreement identifying the project state, scope, licensed responsibilities, insurance, venue and governing law.
