Client Materials
The client retains ownership of materials it provides and grants us a limited license to use them to perform, document and administer the project.
Pre-Existing Tools
We retain ownership of our methods, templates, scripts, standards, libraries, workflows, know-how and pre-existing intellectual property.
Project Deliverables
Ownership or licensing of point clouds, images, models, drawings and other deliverables is defined by the signed agreement. Unless otherwise stated, full usage rights arise only after all project invoices are paid.
Reliance and Reuse
Deliverables are prepared for the identified project, scope, date and intended use. Reuse on another project, reliance by third parties or modification without verification is at the user’s risk unless authorized in writing.
Portfolio Use and Confidentiality
We will not publicly disclose confidential project information contrary to a written confidentiality obligation. Any portfolio or marketing use should exclude sensitive information and comply with client restrictions.
